We ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. For orders over €150, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Opening hours by appointment

Yes, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Our garden decorations are made to be outdoors all year round. For specific material and maintenance advice per product, please refer to the product description or contact us.

Certainly – our shop is located in the middle of the fortified village of Bourtange, upon entering the fortress on the right-hand side before the square. You are more than welcome to view our collection in person.

Yes, gift wrapping is available for some items upon request. Please indicate this when placing your order or contact us.

After shipment, delivery time depends on the carrier, usually 1-3 business days within the Netherlands.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail which you can use to follow the delivery.
